Who we are

Hey there!

Sheree and Fran here! We are both corporate escapees. We traded in the comfort of corporate life for the uncertainty and exhilaration of entrepreneurship. We aren’t necessarily addicted to risk. It was more that we discovered our passion and purpose and once we dived in we couldn’t look back. We live and breathe our mission to close the gender gap in entrepreneurship and support as many women as possible to start and grow businesses successfully.

As entrepreneurs ourselves we know how important it is to tap into a strategic network. There have been many individuals who have taken a chance and opened a door for us. We want all women to experience this. We built One Roof to be a village of support for any and all women wanting to start or scale a business.

Ask anyone who knows us and they will say we are warm, welcoming, genuine, generous, authentic and nurturing. We celebrate the wins with our members and also share the challenges we face as women and entrepreneurs very openly. We offer coaching, mentorship and introductions. We run events, masterclasses, conferences, masterminds, meetups and more. We are mums, sisters and daughters. We are in the trenches with our members. We go above and beyond for our community.
